The Road

The Road was a very good and interesting book. It is set after an unspecified apocalyptic event. it follows a man and his son as they travel through bleak and cannibal infested America. I think the themes in this book were very interesting, the dialogue was suprisingly moving and I found the determination and resourcefulness of the main characters very admirable. It is a bleak and depressing tale but is definitely worth reading.  

Tomorrow When The War Began

I think this book was quite interesting and well written. I liked the characters and how they developed as the story went on. I think the plot was quite interesting and unique. I thought it was an interesting idea and I liked that the author didn’t say where the invaders were from. I would recommend this book because it was well written, exciting and interesting.

No Country For Old Men

No country for old men by Cormac Mcarthy was a unique, exciting and enjoyable book. I found the characters to be very detailed, unique and interesting. My favourite characters were Chigurh and Carlson Wells. This book contained interesting themes like greed and fate. I found the book very enjoyable and I would recomend it to anyone who likes complex characters and interesting dialogue.
